Nadine Najjar has been practicing in the field of real estate law since 2011. Prior to joining The Hirschel Group, Nadine was trained by First American and Stewart Title insurance companies and served as in-house counsel representing landlords in commercial lease negotiations in mixed-use developments and strip centers across Massachusetts, Virginia and South Carolina. Having served as in-house counsel, Nadine understands the diverse business issues as well as the necessary legal considerations to pinpoint during negotiations. Nadine is a native of Massachusetts and received her Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University before relocating to the DC-area. Nadine is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Women in Retail Real Estate and is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, and the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
