Marcel A. Apple primarily represents landlords in drafting and negotiating leases, amendments, assignments and other ancillary documents with national, regional and local tenants in mixed-use developments and strip centers. He joined The Hirschel Group as an associate attorney during the fall of 2021 upon graduating from the Washington College of Law at American University. Marcel is a native of Miami, Florida and received his Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association and the ICSC. Marcel, his wife, their son and two dogs currently live in Alexandria, Virginia.
